Overview
Gerri Ross and Associates Limited is a young organisation with a wealth of expertise in competence management and systems. Gerri Ross has many years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their global training and development objectives.
A strong belief that investing in staff development and learning allows people to drive through boundaries led Gerri to set up Gerri Ross and Associates Ltd in 2012.
Gerri has a history of personal experience working on international assignments and is happy to work at client worksites when required and is certainly used to operating in demanding environments.
My training with Gerri Ross was an exceptional experience. She made what could have been a very complicated minefield of the SQA process very easy.
Working as an associate organisation within several, formal award body approved centres, Gerri Ross and Associates Limited is governed and audited for compliance against each individual specialist centre’s policies and procedures, which in turn are approved by regulating governing bodies such as Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
